The latest results from last week's Netball fixtures
YEAR 10:
The Year 10 team faced Lutterworth High School in a highly contested match this week. At half time we were drawing 5 all with Faith and Niamh working tirelessly in the defensive while Tasha and Sumayyah bought the ball up court into the steady shooting hands of both Brooke and Evie. Ellie worked hard in the middle with Zuzanna coming on to support after playing with Year 11. Unfortunately, Lutterworth just edged it in the dying minutes 12-10. However we came away with our heads held high knowing our conduct on court was second to none in a very physical game. Well done girls.
YEAR 8:
Year 8 took to the court vs Heathlane in a well matched game. Despite the very windy conditions we stuck to the game plan of short sharp passes seeing us take the win. Player of the match went to Alexa and a special mention to Harriet for being a great captain and sorting the team. Well done girls!
